The Cottage
Stone chimney, tin roof, hardwood floors and lots of color makes up this “tiny house” cottage filled with real wood furniture and treasures found antiquing in the nearby area. A cast-iron stove with a stack of wood is ready for use to make the place as cozy as can be. The kitchen is stocked with everything you may need. A roomy bedroom with a four-post bed and two skylights to let the light in as well as shades for when you want to hit snooze. A cozy bathroom with another skylight for natural light, colorful shower tiles, and a heating unit for a luxurious self-care experience. Across the property and down the hill, a path through the woods leads to the creek — two Adirondack chairs and a firepit await for s’mores at dusk.
The Land
Ingleside is a working farm in Fauquier County. Creek to cozy up by, pasture to stroll in, and open sky to stargaze. An hour from D.C. but it won’t feel like it.
Our Story
“In short, the place is absolutely sublime.”
